Child safety standards
Zero tolerance for child exploitation
Konpiko prohibits child sexual abuse material, grooming, sextortion, sexual solicitation or exploitation of minors, trafficking, and sexualized depictions of children, including generated content. Attempts to arrange or encourage abuse are prohibited.
Report a concern
Use Report - Child safety on videos, comments or messages, or Settings - Help and safety - Child safety. Report the item or explain the concern; do not download, re-upload or send illegal material as evidence. Child-safety tickets receive a dedicated staff queue.
Staff response
Staff must promptly restrict access to suspected exploitation, review the reported evidence, suspend abusive accounts when appropriate, prevent known prohibited copies and escalate confirmed cases to the designated child-safety lead. Preserve only evidence that can lawfully be retained and make legally required reports through the applicable competent reporting authority.
Teen protections
Membership starts at 13. Messaging requires mutual follows; block/report tools are available in conversations. Teen personalization defaults off. Advertising remains disabled and teen behavioral ad targeting is prohibited.
Accountability
Moderation decisions require reasons and appear in audit history. The primary admin is responsible for staffing the safety queue and designating a reachable child-safety contact. Use the public website Help and contact form with the Child safety category to reach the safety queue, without needing an account. The designated safety lead handles required escalation and reporting.
